My name is Jake Martinez. I’m a Boise born, California raised Boise State graduate with a healthy obsession for Boise Real Estate. I love helping my clients achieve financial freedom through residential Real Estate. I also love helping Boise State students find the home they’ll
make their college memories in!
So, after becoming a Realtor, and working as a “community coordinator” for a local property management company, I decided to create JWM Properties, LLC. I started my Property Management business in 2018 with a goal to be THE Boise State student housing specialist. Since then, I have helped investors purchase and sell residential real estate, while placing hundreds of tenants in safe, clean homes primarily surrounding Boise State University.
As an active investor, I understand landlord tasks can get overwhelming without having a system in place to get them done. It also kills cash flow when landlords are reactive rather than proactive towards maintenance projects. Over the last 7 years, I have teamed up with the best vendors in town to keep my clients’ properties properly maintained. My team gets the job done quickly and efficiently with a cost effective approach.
I’ve also been a Freshman at BSU looking for my first ever rental, and remember having no idea where to start.
